  • What you can do to live healthier and happier,
    without spending all your time and money.

What is stress management?
  • Strategies and coping techniques that can be
    learned and incorporated into our daily lives
    that reduce anxiety and feelings of tension.
    Some stressors are not under our control, but we
    can still learn how to manage our feelings and
    reduce their implications on our health in
    positive ways.

    known as homeostasis. Without balance in the
    body systems, we end up with problems in
    circulation, heart problems, pulmonary issues,
    lung disease, asthma, and/or lymphatic issues,
    cancer, tumors.
