Jungle Safari Booking in Ranthombore Tiger Reserve
Ranthambore National Park is one of the most
renowned wildlife destinations of Northern India,
which attracts tourists with is amazing
diversities. Located about 130 km from Jaipur in
the Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, the
national park was once the hunting grounds of the
Maharajas of Jaipur. Ranthambore national park is
spread across 400 sq km and declared a wildlife
sanctuary in the year 1957. It gained the
acclamation of Project Tiger in the year 1974
and got accreditation of national park in
1981. Named after a huge fort, which is located
in the top of a hill, the park is filled with
natural beauty and varied resources. Along with
its rich flora and fauna, Ranthambore also holds
its unique charm by housing several ruins of
ancient times. This makes jungle safari
Ranthambore National Park exquisite in its own

  • The magnificent flora of the jungle comprises dry
    deciduous trees with a variety of approximately
    300 species. Some of these are Aam Babul, Imli,
    Dhak Dhok, Jamun, Kadam, Kajur, Khair, Mahua,
    Neem etc.

  • Known for its density of diurnal tigers,
    Ranthambore National Park also is the residence
    of various other species namely Leopards, Striped
    Hyenas, Sambar deer, Chital, Nilgai, Common or
    Hanuman langurs, Jackals, Jungle cats, Sloth
    bears, Black bucks, Indian Wild Boar, Chinkara,
    Indian False Vampires, Indian Flying Foxes,
    Indian Foxes, Indian Gerbilles, Indian
    Porcupines, Small Indian Civets and Common
    mongoose. Along with these myriad species of
    reptiles and birds can be spotted in this forest.

Entry Gates Zone 1 Singh Dwar is the main entry
point of this zone. This zone is mainly home for
T-72 (Sultan), T-39 (Noor) and T-24 (Ustad). The

Royal Bengal Tigers are Dhoop Chowk, Kala Peela
Pani, Amreshwar Dang, Tuti Ka Naal, Gada Dub,
Sultanpur Chowki, Khabli and Khariya. His zone
has reported several sightings recently Zone
2 The key tiger sighting spots of this zone are
Phuta Bandha, Jogi Mahal, Lahpur Tiraha, Nal
Ghati, Phuta Kot and Guda. In this zone resides
the big cats T-19 (Krishna), T-20 (Jhumru), T-22
(Gayatri) and also T-24 (Ustad), T-39 (Noor) and
T-72 (Sultan) can be seen frisking here
frequently. The other main areas of this zone are
Bada Gate, Jhalra, Amrahi, Parniya, Telan
Pacheri, Pandu Deh, Gaandra Deh, and Rishi Ka
Deh. Big cats can also be spotted loitering here.
Leoparads can also be spotted in this zone.
Zone 3 Padam Talab, Doodh Baawri, High Point,
Mandook, Tapman Nalah, Rajbagh Lake and Karonj Ka
Nalah are the most important points of Zone 3.
The majestic tigers ruling this zone are T-19
(Krishna) along with her three cubs and T-28
(Star Male) can be spotted are Jogi Mahal, Padam
Talab, High Point, Raj Bagh and Mandook. Zone
4 There are lots of places where tigers can be
spotted in this zone. The names of the major
sighting zones are Singh Dwar, Baba Ki Gufa, Aadi
Dant, Mendki De, Gular Kui, Lambi Ka Nalah, Malik
Talab, Lakkad Da, Magar De, Tamba Khan, Aadi
Dagar, Berda, Bhanwarde, Semli and Bhoot Khurra.
The presence of magnificent tigers T-16 (Machli),
T-19 (Krishna) with three cubs, T-6 (Romeo), T-25
(Bhola/Dollar Male), T-28 (Star Male) andT-47
(Mr. Bond) boosts the significance of this
zone. Zone 5 Zone 5 The prime sighting spots of
zone 5 are Singh Dwar, Takiya Kui, Bakola, Jokha,
Kachida, Bagdah Tiraha, Tamba Khan, Dhakda, Pili
Ghati, Anatpura and Gular Kui. Few of the sights
are common with Zone 4. T-6 (Romeo), T-3(Bhadur),
two cubs of T-17 (Sunehari) and T-25
(Bhola/Dollar Male) are the big cats spotted here
frequently. Zone 6 This zone has major spots
namely Patwa Ki Baori, Kala Pani, Khabli, Saran
Ka Pattha and Soleshwar.
