Cynthia Spalding is the Managing Partner of
Spalding Spalding. Prior to this, she was a
professional attorney and worked for 23 years as
workers compensation specialist for the state of
California as well as for the employment
development department. Here, she used to help
the unemployed and disabled workers. Moreover,
she gained much interest in law and decided to
pursue a law degree. For being a well-known
attorney, she passed the bar exam in the first
attempt and began working for a firm and
afterwards owned one for herself, advocating the
clients.

Since 2000, she has represented over 1200 cases,
including Workers Compensation Disability, Social
Security Disability, and Bankruptcy. While
working for the State Disability, she gained a
particular insight in order to deal with the
disability cases. She has excellent skills, wide
knowledge and tactics to deal with any sort of
case and knows what it takes to fight and win the
case for the clients right. With her compassion
and expertise in various cases, she offers a
complete approach to serve the clients unique
needs.

Cynthia Spalding graduated from Chaffey College
with a scholastic merit and in 1993 she
completed her Juris Doctorate degree from Western
University College of Law. She has an extensive
network and is familiar with the local medical
providers, the social security officers, and the
peculiarity of individual administrative law
judges in the area. She is committed to deliver
reliable and timely services to her clients.

Cynthia Spalding has two children and is a very
loving wife and aproud grandmother. She likes to
spend quality time with her family and siblings.
On weekends, she cooks a special dinner for her
family and loves to hang out with her
grandchildren.She is also an avid reader and a
dog lover. Alongside, she is continuing her
college classes. Moreover, she is involved in
various charitable causes and community services,
and did a lot of pro bono legal work. She donates
certain programs (arts/music/dance) to her
grandnieces, nephews and grandchildren.
