Pre-K Kindergarten Students

• New students will register
• August 6th and 7th
• 830 am 330 pm
• Primary Campus
• Age Requirements
• To attend kindergarten, a child must be 5 years
  old on or before September 1st , 2008.
• Pre-kindergarten children must be 4 years old on
  or before September 1, and must qualify for free
  or reduced lunch or be from a non-English
  speaking home. Pre-K applicants must present
  proof of income for all working members of the
  household.

Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration

• Parents must supply -a certified birth
  certificate,-the child's social security card,
  -proof of residence Documents may include a
  rent receipt, lease agreement, contract for
  construction of new home, or current utility bill
  other than cable. If presenting a utility bill,
  you must bring the portion of the bill that shows
  your name, address, and date. Only bills from
  SWEPCO, City of Longview Water,
  ATMOS/Centerpoint/Lone Star Gas, or Southwestern
  Bell will be accepted. -a drivers license for
  the parent of who is registering the child,-and
  a current shot record.Click here for an
  Immunization List in English and Spanish from the
  Texas Department of State Health Services. The
  child or children must be present to be
  registered.

  names of children)- Driver's license or photo ID
  for parent/guardian registering student - A
